You’re not alone with Mteam.
The program starts with a free consultation with Troy M. Schultz NHCA, CFT answering any and all questions before your personal fitness program starts. A journey to better health starts with an education in exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition. A second consultation is scheduled to calculate your personal nutritional plan, and teach you the importance of learning your biochemistry to accomplish all health goals.
We use the Polar BodyAge™ System a complete comprehensive fitness software including biometric profile, health and cancer risk appraisal, injury report, medication awareness, strength testing & cardiovascular condition. Together we will determine your starting point and set realistic goals using this data comparing your Body age vs. your Actual age.
A month to month program incorporates new exercises to keep it fresh, eliminating traditional boredom. Step by step you will be coached to a healthy and vibrant individual. This is a personal approach to helping you release stress, eat better, and feel great again. An active lifestyle is wonderful and can be yours with positive reinforcement from your personal coach and teammates. A member blog is used as a support tool for members to chat with other people on the Mteam.
A third consultation is scheduled to review your fitness program. You will be coached to understand the importance of a heart rate based fitness curriculum. We will start an ongoing discussion about exercise physiology and the ability to increase your anaerobic threshold. We use a high intensity (60%-80% max heart rate) weight training interval program; individual benefits include improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced body fat, increased metabolism, and more energy than you know what to do with. You will learn strength training exercises that will provide you the attractive results you’re looking for.
