Look Great, Feel Great it’s Worth It...
Society has been lied to time and time again about how fun, easy and exciting exercise is. I am going to tell you right now that exercise hurts and quite honestly…when you don’t know what you’re doing it’s not that fun!
Do you dream of a healthy lifestyle? What do you dream about? Without your health you have nothing. It all starts everyday with your mind and the negative self talk mentally keeping you from experiencing true joy. When your body is unhealthy how can you expect the mind to be healthy? Mentality you have allowed your health to decline, somehow it’s just not important any more. Something you will do later, but never could find time.
Health should be a priority for Americans. This country is killing itself daily with bad lifestyle habits and poor food choices. A decision for health starts with recognizing bad habits, incorporating healthy habits and small lifestyle changes. A new healthy attitude is crucial for success. As you start to feel better, more good habits are practiced and thus progress.
When the body is treated correctly the benefits are increased energy, better sleep, improved circulation, and reduced stress. Small changes can and will improve your health! Fitness should be the next goal; again small changes will pay big dividends! This is a natural progression to a superior level of health.
There is an athlete in all of us, and with appropriate coaching all health & fitness goals are obtainable. Just starting out or looking for a more comprehensive approach to fitness; it’s gonna hurt a little bit.
