Personal One on One Training
The Personal Training Program is a monthly interval program scientifically designed to increase your health and fitness.
Our personal approach to health begins with a certified personal
trainer who provide innovative and individualized health and fitness
programs based upon detailed health assessments. Exercise programs are based upon individual needs. They include, but not limited to, in depth analysis of:
- Cardiovascular, aerobic, weight training routines
- High intensity strength training and interval programs
- Olympic & power lifting
- Track & polymeric principals
- Stress management, coaching and nutrition counseling are incorporated to improve health awareness and positive lifestyle choices
One on One Personal Training Fee.........$65.00 per hour.
