Body Composition Testing Services

Comprehensive Cholesterol and Lipid Panel - Utilized to evaluate your medical risk factor for developing coronary heart disease or stroke due to high cholesterol. This blood test measures your total cholesterol (TC), including high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and triglycerides.

Blood Glucose Screening – The most accurate way to assess your risk factor for diabetes is through a blood test to evaluate the level of glucose circulating in your blood by random or fasting methods. Abnormal levels may indicate a medical risk factor for diabetes mellitus.

Biometric Profile –
Complete physical assessment of Blood Pressure, Body Weight, Girth Measurements, Hip-to-Waist Ratio, and Body Mass Index.

Body Age vs. Actual Age – Calculated from the results of your assessment to compare how you compare with others of your same age and sex. Ideally, your Body Age should be at least the same as your Chronological Age. Your obtainable Body Age is what you can expect to attain with your wellness program.

Body Composition Analysis – Interactive 7-site, 3-site and circumference Skin fold test to determine actual calculated percentage of body fat, ratio of fat to fat-free tissue, and measurement of obesity.

Cardiovascular Profile – Cardiovascular testing evaluates heart and lung endurance, is a direct measurement of oxygen uptake during maximal exercise, and assists in the evaluations of cardio respiratory functional capacity and responses to conditioning.

Flexibility Testing – The Sit and Reach and Range of Motion tests are musculoskeletal tests utilized to evaluate the flexibility of the cervical, mid and lower back, and hamstrings to prevent of injury.

Strength Testing – Musculoskeletal fitness testing of large muscle groups to evaluate muscular strength, endurance and health related benefits in relation to your individualized conditioning program.

Stress management and Nutrition Counseling – Individualized counseling by certified professionals who will design individualized health plans and meal planning to improve health awareness and positive lifestyles choices. The Personal Training Program is a monthly interval program scientifically designed to increase your health and fitness.  Our personal approach to health begins with a certified personal trainer who provide innovative and individualized health and fitness programs based upon detailed health assessments.  Exercise programs are based upon individual needs. They include, but not limited to, in depth analysis of:

  • Cardiovascular, aerobic, weight training routines
  • High intensity strength training and interval programs
  • Olympic & power lifting

  • Stress management, coaching and nutrition counseling are incorporated to improve health awareness and positive lifestyle
